Description
These naturally cured (Nitrite-Free) ham steaks are 1/2″ thick and naturally cured with sea salt and no added nitrites. They come packed individually in ~1lb cuts, 6 to a box. Each box will weigh at least 6lbs.
Our hogs are a cross of Berkshire and Tamworth offering strong foraging and grazing traits, crossed with Yorkshires for long loins. These hogs are raised on pasture full-time and fed alfalfa hay, rye grass, and non-GMO grain supplement. They never receive hormones nor antibiotics.
