These 10oz boneless ribeyes are a tender, well-marbled steak that’s a sought-after cut for any grill. Packaged 2 steaks per vacuum-sealed pack, sold in boxes of 8 steaks. Each box will weigh at least 5lbs.
Our cattle are raised on pasture all year long with unlimited options to fescue, clover, orchard grass and alfalfa hay in winter months. Their forage & hay diet is supplemented only with small amounts of Non-GMO grain for just the right amount of marbling. No hormones or antibiotics regimens are ever used.
