Description
These pork chops are 1/2″ thick and come packed in 2ct packages, each approximately 10oz. Each box will contain 8 chops and weigh at least 5lbs total.
Our hogs are a cross of Berkshire and Tamworth offering strong foraging and grazing traits, crossed with Yorkshires for long loins. These hogs are raised on pasture full-time and fed alfalfa hay, rye grass, and non-GMO grain supplement. They never receive hormones nor antibiotics.
