Description
These 8oz Strip (or “New York” Strip) steaks, are long, tender boneless steaks found opposite the filet and packs as much juicy flavor in a slightly larger steak than the filet. Packaged 2 steaks per vacuum-sealed pack, sold in boxes of 8 steaks. Each box will weigh at least 4lbs.
Our cattle are raised on pasture all year long with unlimited options to fescue, clover, orchard grass and alfalfa hay in winter months. Their forage & hay diet is supplemented only with small amounts of Non-GMO grain for just the right amount of marbling. No hormones or antibiotics regimens are ever used.
